Found this leaf while walking.

Before pale winter

bares branches to the chill air

fall sets them ablaze

About Caitlin Stern

I have a MA in English, and have so many fantasy/urban fantasy WIPs it's not even funny. I'm an avid reader of science fiction, fantasy, mystery, romance, biography, fiction, and anything else that catches my interest. I collect books, and bookmarks I find that are visually appealing and useful.

Unlike me, you are able to say SO much with so few words! It would take me a full page to convey this thought. You rock!

I bet you could, if you wanted to. (Making a haiku is simple–you decide what you want to say, and then spend forever rearranging that into the right amount of syllables.) But why mess with a style that works for you?

What are your thoughts?
