Here’s a poem that didn’t make it to the Noir Anthology, which I still quite liked. It ended up very short–my inner editor perhaps gets carried away.
(Note: Something terrible happened to my scan–and since I couldn’t fix the fading, I gave up and typed in the words. It was all solid black like at the top. You can get the idea, though.)
Storm Front
Rain clattered
down
with violence like
Romeo and Juliet
Love the idea of this anthology and love that found/black out poem.
